Mercedes, Buenos Aires – 90 homes weatherized

We developed the Weatherization program in the city of Mercedes, in the Province of Buenos Aires. We work there supporting FOVISEE and their collaboration with the Municipality, in addition to other actors (technical school, social organizations, material suppliers), with support of CitiFoundation. This partnership has been growing for over two years, during which our joint collaboration was mutually enriched.

During this time, we have conducted more than 100 home diagnostics and weatherized around 90 homes.

Beyond the collaboration with the local government, we have also partnered with other organizations, providing training to more than 40 individuals regarding different aspects of Sustainable Housing Improvement.

We’re also proud to have trained a group of women weatherizers who everyday work very hard to build better futures for new families like theirs.
